  We usually have no need to use a laundromat because we have our own washer and dryer, but we needed to wash a king size comforter. We brought it to Sayville Laundromat to wash it and partially dry it enough to bring it home to dry it in our own dryer. The staff there was very friendly and helpful in showing us how to get started and exchange our cash money for the coins that the washers take as payment. One load in their largest washer is 7 bucks, and it did a great job of washing our comforter and spinning it to a damp condition so it was manageable to put in one of their dryers. Dryers take regular quarters, and each quarter gives you 8 minutes of drying time. We just used the dryer for 24 minutes and took our comforter home, as it probably would have taken a couple of hours there to get it fully dry
  Our dryer at home was able to do the rest. This place is clean and well organized and having gone there for a total of 2 times in as many years, I would recommend this place. I don't know what other laundromats charge, but I have no need to go anywhere else when I need what they very well provide.
